ImmoPad is a digital application for creating real estate documents, offering secure and simple solutions for over 1,500 clients and 6,000 users. It optimizes and simplifies the management of property condition reports, appraisals, and work progress tracking.

As part of my final internship, I chose to undertake it as a self-employed individual and signed a 6-month contract with the company Air-loc (ImmoPad). My role was to develop and improve their KeyToCheck tools, a solution dedicated to managing travelers’ arrivals and departures as well as conducting property condition reports for short-term rentals.

Pandalab is a platform dedicated to the healthcare sector, promoting coordination and communication among healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and patients. My role within the company was to enhance and expand the functionalities of the Vue.js-based web application. My responsibilities included adding new features, such as advanced statistics, and modifying pages to optimize the user experience.

ALERION is a consultancy specializing in autonomous robotics, providing innovative solutions for drone design and sensor data analysis to drive digital transformation in businesses, I had the opportunity to work on these two subjects within the company:

• I completed a project using React.js, which involved displaying a real-time digital terrain model within a web application. I overlaid this model on a 2D base map, allowing for precise geospatial data localization. Furthermore, I expanded this visualization by offering a 3D representation of the same model within a web platform.

• I programmed a Boston Dynamics Spot robot using Python for the recognition of door handles and the management of their automatic opening using artificial intelligence. This project was designed in the context of emergency services, where the robot can be deployed in case of a gas or chemical leak, reducing the need for human intervention. My role involved using the Boston Dynamics Spot robot to detect door handles, open them, and enter a room automatically. I worked with tools such as YoloV5, which incorporates ready-to-use artificial intelligence, openCV for image modification for annotation, and the Spot robot itself.

Mydomus revolutionizes real estate with innovative digital solutions to streamline renting and automate administrative processes, I had the opportunity to work on these three subjects within the company:

• I created a feature enabling users to view their account login history across any device, aimed at enhancing their security.

• I developed a feature for creating real estate listings. The form includes all property details such as price, photos, charges, deposit, number of rooms, energy class, and availability date, with the option to publish the listing on platforms like Le Bon Coin (Craigslist), Se Loger (Zillow), ParuVendu (OfferUp), and Facebook.

• I implemented a feature to create a rental application linked to ‘Dossier Facile’ (a platform that simplifies and manages rental applications online). This allows users to track their application status from their Mydomus account and automatically send it to the landlord after validation by ‘Dossier Facile’.

TAKER is an associative structure that brings together the top Epitech students in France and offers companies the opportunity to develop their IT projects:

• Prospecting new clients.
• Development of specifications.
• Project management and liaison between technical teams and the client.
• Customer relationship management.

My role within TAKER was to prospect companies in order to sign contracts for the realization of IT projects.

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is a global professional services firm known for its expertise in audit, assurance, consulting, and taxation. During my first 6-month internship, I had the opportunity to work on these three subjects within the company:

• I developed an application in ‘Alteryx’ to merge multiple Excel files generated by users into a single CSV file, aiming to prevent human errors and overcome Excel’s row limitations.

• I migrated 104 database models from Erwin to IBM InfoSphere® Data Architect due to Erwin’s obsolescence.

• I contributed to the enhancement of HEAT (PWC’s Digital Service Desk) by improving the management of requests and incidents, without mentioning the integration with Microsoft TFS.
